GTA Businesses & Heists
GTA Online businesses vs heists: how to choose a session
Businesses and heists ask for different time, unlocks, and setup. Halloween 2X currently favors Bail Office and Dispatch if you already own them. That is not a lifetime ranking.
Our reading of official sources. Not a new Rockstar claim.

Why it matters
Players often buy a business because a thumbnail said it was 'best money.' This week the only official income tilt is Rockstar's 2X on Bail Office and Dispatch. Everything else is your loadout and time.
Two different session types
Businesses
A business session assumes you already own the front, you can start the work quickly, and you can finish inside the minutes you set. Halloween 2X currently applies to Bail Office targets and Dispatch Work. Dispatch needs a police vehicle after Cluckin' Bell Slush Fund, per Rockstar's Halloween notes in our weekly file.
Heists
A heist session assumes setups, a crew or viable solo path, and a longer block of time. Rockstar's Halloween Newswire does not put a 2X or 3X on a named heist for this month. Do not invent one.
How to choose tonight
- If minutes are low and Bail Office is owned, the confirmed 2X is the default
- If you have a police vehicle and want the same 2X without Bail Office, Dispatch Work is the other confirmed business-style bonus
- If you do not own either, Halloween Survivals and Slasher are confirmed 3X and do not need a business unlock
- If you came to run a heist, run it because you want that session, not because this week published a heist multiplier. It did not
Where the full catalog lives
The Intelligence Database (Pro) is the list of what exists. Business, Property, Loadout, and Purchase intel (Pro) are the 'what should I buy or use' layer. This public article will not copy those tables, and it will not invent GTA$ payouts for them.
