A confirmed 3X on Community Race does not move rankings if there is no catalog method row. This is the toggle list, not a new bonus post.

Why it matters
Players see 3X on five activities and expect five ranking jumps. Only rows with an activityId toggle. The rest stay informational.
As of the Oct 15 catalog week, ranking toggles are unchanged: 2X on bail_standard, bail_wanted, and dispatch. 3X on halloween_survival and halloween_slasher. Boosted payouts stay null.
